Things To Know

Before Your Climb

Start Time

Your guide will contact you the day before your climb to set up a start time. This is scheduled the day before to ensure the most accurate weather report for climbing day. Please contact us at 1-307-467-5267 if you are not contacted by your climbing guide the day before your climb.

How To Prepare

The style of climbing on the Tower is a full body exercise. To prepare for the climb, we recommend focusing on overall fitness including cardio, core, & upper & lower body. If you have a good fitness routine, you can continue your normal practices.

If you have the opportunity to climb in a local climbing gym or at a local crag, that will help prepare you as well. Knowing how to belay and rappel beforehand will add confidence and fluidity to your climbing days. The style of climbing on the Tower includes hand jamming, stemming, and wide crack climbing.

The more you practice, the better you'll feel once you arrive here at the Tower. Feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions on how to prepare.
