Cancellation Policy
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation to receive a refund of your deposit, less a 3.5% card processing fee.

In the event that you cancel your reservation within thirty (30) days notice, we will keep your deposit as a credit for a future reservation valid for one year.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date or do not show up for your reservation, you will assume resposibility for your entire reservation.

Check-in
Check in begins at 3:00pm and ends at 9pm. After 9pm, it is a self check in process. Please let us know if you plan to arrive before 3pm or after 9pm. Early check in can be arranged but is not guarenteed.

Check-out
All guests must check out by 11 AM. A $25 fee will be added to your reservation if you check out after 11am.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets Allowed. Please call Crook County Veterinary Services
(307-283-2115) for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
